My itinerary :Manila, Palawan, Bohol, Cebu 🙂
What I felt like : first arriving in Manila as it was cited as one of the worst city in the world like 10 years ago. I was a bit afraid, but then I realised people could see through in on my face and realized I better walk around the city with the Poker face otherwise loads of people would come up to me and ask me for money. If you are travelling solo as I did before my friend joined me. One advice : find friends in your hostel, just like ask them to go for food, less people will come up to you asking for money. Union is the secret.
Then headed to Palawan by plane spent a 1 week touring the islands, then we headed to Bohol for like 2-3 days (ran away from our hostel in the middle of nowhere) and ended up spending 2 weeks in Cebu. Which was our favourite of all, swimming with the whale shark, going waterfall chasing every morning, eating street food and having a red horse (local specialty in there) til sundown. This was like our typical day.
